Wow.

Didn't get eight hours of sleep last night, yet I did get more than seven. It's amazing how much better I feel after a few nights of more than five hours of sleep, even if I am both fluish and anxious still.

Must get in the habit of drinking more herbal and decaffeinated teas. Not that I think my tea habit contributed so much to my insomnia of recent months, but I'm sure it didn't help.

Sleep is good. Want more, please.

yes, sleep is good. i know i've mentioned before that my hormones and my reflux (and zack) are making a good night's sleep much rarer than before. i used to sleep like a rock. hope you continue to sleep better, cb! the cool weather may help, do you think?

It definitely helps that my room is below 80 degrees at night! Still, it's been cooler in here for a while now, yet this past week was the first one where I could sleep decently. I don't know why, but I hope this keeps up for a good long while to come.
