Once, when a friend was moving and needed help with the cleaning and packing bit, I worked on defrosting her freezer. Her freezer, btw, was pretty much one huge block of ice. I grabbed a hefty screwdriver and went to town on that ice, shouting out the names of people who had hurt me recently and in the past. It felt SO GOOD. >:)
