Transitional spring day. Cool rain. Scents of flowers, woodsmoke, wet earth, crushed mint.
That was early in the walk. Later, ignored most sensory data. Too much pain, especially hips and left knee.
Tonight's dinner: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and ice cream. Possibly something green and leafy as well. Will buy fruits & veggies tomorrow if energy permits.
