Heh. I know, I hate grammar police too, but I've been seeing basic errors in published (supposedly edited) work lately and it's really ticking me off. People who make mistakes in their journal entries don't bother me much--who needs to be grammatically correct in a diary?? What I'm tired of is newspaper and magazine editors who let this stuff slide.
