So, I spent half the day in tears, the other half in denial. This isn't just about the fact that the big goal I've been striving toward for the last 3 years is out of my reach, though obviously that's a major part of it. This is also about all the things I've given up because I was using nearly all my energy for the attempt to get a job. I don't want to think about this stuff. It hurts. And I cry. And saltwater really isn't good for the keyboard.

You know what's a great junk food accompaniment to denial? Holiday Edition Dark Chocolate KitKat bars, on sale today for 14 cents each!
