Since learning that I'm snowmerlin's totem animal, I've been searching the net trying to find out what my responsibilities are. Now I'm terribly disappointed--all those pages out there with a wide variety of supposedly helpful information, and nothing on "How To Be a Totem Animal"? Plenty of stuff on finding your totem animal, but nothing on being one. Am I supposed to know this stuff instinctively or something? Sheesh.

The best I can come up with so far is that a totem animal is s'posed to share wisdom with its friends. So listen up, Pixie, to my Wisdom of the Day:

1. Take long walks in pleasant places.
2. Spend some time each day listening to music.
3. Eat chocolate.

(Gosh, I hope I'm not being too hard on her. I've never been an animal totem before. Anybody out there have any advice for me?)

My advice would be, don't do a whole lot, unless you think of some gem of wisdom that's too priceless (or catchy) to keep to yourself. Then she can be your wisdom recipient when you need one (and who knows, she may find the timing useful as well), and whether she records them or not, at least someone besides you has heard them.
